MTT 120 is designed to develop the basic skills and terminology required for visualization and interpretation of common blueprints used in the machine tool trades.
 
MTT 123 covers the principles involved in machining parts using machine tools including lathes, mills drill presses, jig bores, and the attachments for each.
Prerequisites:
 
Students must have a 3.00 GPA and appropriate placement scores on the SAT, ACT, or E-Compass tests for admission to Piedmont Technical College.
