Automotive Technology
Two Semester Program
The Automotive Technology program is designed to prepare students to perform routine maintenance and service on all types of automobiles under the supervision of an experienced automotive technician. Automotive technology students receive instruction in safety, troubleshooting, and repair of engines and electrical systems as a foundation. Special emphasis is given to the established competencies based on the ASE/NATEF task list. Students must see their school counselor for admission to this program at RTC.
